Eurobond Adhesives News Item
In the fight against global warming - renewable and sustainable energy is a very hot topic. Photovoltaics - The conversion of sunlight into electrical energy is one emerging sustainable and renewable energy solution. Eurobond Adhesives Ltd in partnership with our European sister company Panacol Gmbh have designed a range of conductive adhesives for use in the manufacture of Photovoltaic cells, arrays and modules.
Elecolit 3653 is a flexible, electrically conductive adhesive used to bond the chip to the conductive module element. The chip is positioned beneath a lens to focus sunlight directly onto the chip. Electrical current is generated which flows along the conductive path of each interconnected module to make an array. These arrays can be connected in series or parralel to produce more current. Each module is bonded to the glass carrier with Vitralit 7563 a UV curing metal/glass bonding adhesive.
