Penloc 1:1 - Is a 2-part toughened structural acrylic multi-substrate adhesive.

Penloc HP - Is a high temperature 2-part toughened structural acrylic adhesive ideally suited to powder coating applications.

Penloc 1:1R - Is a non flammable, and low odour structural acrylic adhesive.

Penloc VT - Is a 2-part toughened structural acrylic multi-substrate adhesive. It will cure in 10 -15 minutes.

Penloc 1:1RVT - Is a non flammable, low odour, thixotropic, 2-part toughened structural acrylic adhesive.

Penloc Solo - Is a 1-part structural hybrid polymer multi-substrate adhesive with fast initial grab and good through cure.

Penloc Multi-Fix - is a single component flexible adhesive/sealant designed for Caravan, Motorhome, Boat and Domestic Buildings applications.

Cyanoacrylates are more commonly known as super glues or instant adhesives. Our range of Cyanolit adhesives will cure in a matter of seconds and are available in 20g, 50g, 100g and 500g bottles.

Cyanolit 221F - Is a clear super glue designed for bonding difficult to bond rubber and plastics. It will cure in just a few seconds and bonds by post-assembly capillary attraction.

Cyanolit 241F - Is the most universal clear multi-use adhesive in the range.

Cyanolit 202F - Is a clear medium viscosity adhesive designed for use with thermoplastics and thermosets.

Cyanolit 732F - Is a clear medium viscosity adhesive specially designed for porous materials such as cork, wood leather etc.

Cyanolit 203TX - Is a clear high viscosity flowable gel adhesive. It is ideally suited for bonding loosely fitting parts. It can also be used on porous substrates.

Cyanolit 811F - Is clear odourless and low blooming. It is ideal for electronics, giftware, jewellery etc.

Cyanolit 601PF - Is transparent and ideally suited for bonding chemically treated materials such as chrome plated or gilded.

Cyanolit 403TB - Is a black adhesive which contains elastomers, giving high resistance to shock, vibration and moisture.

Cyanolit 403 - Is a transparent super glue which has excellent resistance to thermal shock.

Cyanolit Gel 20 - Is a gel adhesive that does not run and is ideal for bonding vertical surfaces or where good gap fill is required.

The Vitralit range of UV and visible light curing adhesives are ideally suited for glass and plastic bonding applications such as acrylic display cases, point of sale material, glass cabinets and furniture and plastic furniture. UV curing adhesives offer many more benefits than solvent adhesives. For example: UV curing adhesives are 100% solid so there is no wastage. UV curing adhesives cure on demand when exposed to a UV lamp or concentrated visible light source. Substrates can be aligned properly or re-positioned before curing.

Vitralit 6441 - Is a medium viscosity optically clear, UV curing adhesive.

Vitralit 6441 LV - Is a low viscosity moisture resistant, optically clear UV curing adhesive.

Vitralit 6441 VT - Is a very thick (thixotropic) viscosity optically clear UV curing adhesive.

Vitralit 6441 UVT - Is an optically clear UV and visible light curing adhesive. (Waterboard Approved)

Vitralit GELFAST - Is an optically clear UV and visible light curing gel adhesive.

VBB1- Is a transparent UV and visible light curing, high strength multi substrate bonding adhesive.

Plastic Bonding

Vitralit VBB1 - Is a very thick UV and visible light-curing adhesive.

Vitralit GELFAST - Is an optically clear UV and visible light curing adhesive gel.

Vitralit 7631 - Is a medium viscosity semi-flexible UV and visible light curing transparent adhesive suitable for acrylic bonding.

Vitralit 7641LV is a low viscosity UV curing adhesive designed to bond acrylic and polycarbonate substrates. The low viscosity of this products enables it wick under substrates by capillary action.

Vitralit 7989 V - Is a medium viscosity UV and visible light curing USP Class VI medical approved adhesive

Vitralit 7989 Gel - Is a UV curing flowable gel adhesive that has the same characteristics as 7989V.

Electrically conductive adhesives do exactly that! They conduct electricity. The Elecolit range of adhesives are widely used as a replacement for soldering contacts on PCB's, wiring looms and systems or any application that needs two substrates bonded to produce a conductive joint. Depending on cost and resistance factors Elecolit products are usually filled with Silver, Nickle or Copper. Specific Elecolit products can even be used for circuit track repairs on PCB's.

Elecolit 3012 - Is a unique one component silver epoxy adhesive suitable for lead terminations, hybrid circuit assemblies, chip bonding and for conductive paints.

Elecolit 3024 - Is a thermally cured, silver loaded solvent paint ideal for lead terminations and circuit track repair.

Elecolit 3042 - Is a thermally cured, silver filled acrylic paint. Ideal for circuit track repair and RF shielding.

Elecolit 3050 - Is a thermally cured silver filled polymer alloy. Excellent for printed circuit track repair, grounding, RF shielding and lead terminations.

Elecolit 3653 - Is a silver filled, highly flexible epoxy. Ideal for electronic white goods applications.

Elecolit 6601 is a one component, grey, rigid, heat conductive epoxy adhesive
Suitable for assembly of power devices and other components.

Vitralit 6129 is a UV, thermal or activator curable filled, thermally conductive adhesive for mounting heat sinks and heat sensitive electronic components to boards or any application where it is desirable to increase thermal conductivity between assembled parts.

Vitralit 6138 is a UV and thermally curable adhesive exhibiting good resistance to chemicals and extraordinary thermal conductivity guaranteed by 40 micron spacers in the material ensuring even thermal distribution.

These special coatings are clear liquids that can be sprayed, brushed dipped or poured onto FR4/FR5 PCB's and components when, once cured form a tough resilient and protective encapsulation.

Vitralit 2007F - Is a single component flexible clear epoxy. No VOC's and is a 100% solid content coating.

Vitralit 2009F - Is a single component cationic and thermally curable flexible clear epoxy. No VOC's and is a 100% solid content coating.

Vitralit 4451 - Is a clear UV/UVA curing urethanacrylate. It is a soft and flexible adhesive with low shrinkage and will cure in just 5 seconds. It is excellent for bonding and sealing applications.

Our range of Vitralit 'Glob Tops' are all single component epoxies. Glob Tops are tough, durable and resilient coating designed to protect fragile components on PCB's used mainly in chip on board applications.

Vitralit 1691 - Is a black UV or heat curing This product does not have to be freeze stored. It can be used to encapsulate resistors and chips on PCB's to give a permanent coating.

Vitralit 1600LV - Is a black UV or heat curing epoxy and is used as the 'fill' component on a dam and fill glob top application.

Vitralit 1670 - Is a black heat curing epoxy that is used as the 'dam' component on a dam and fill application. Vitralit 1670 does not have to be freeze stored.

Vitralit 1650 - Is a quartz filled UV/UVA curing grey coloured epoxy.

Vitralit 1690 - Is a very thick UV or heat curing black epoxy glob top. Low Ionic content, temperature resistant -40 to +180º C.

Surface mount adhesives are used to bond microchips, and other components onto FR4/FR5 board and other assemblies.

Elecolit 3012 is a 1K silver filled, solvent free, pasty conductive adhesive which has excellent gap fill properties.

Vitralit 6104VT is a UV/thermally curable adhesive that features excellent bonding to metal and sintered materials. It is ideally suited for bonding large components to PCB’s.

Cerastil H-115 - is an excellent electrically insulating ceramic potting compound useful for electronic applications. This general purpose cement is used to pot and coat electric resistors, thermocouples, transformers, seal ends of capacitors, and cement insulators and flame ignitors to metals, glass, and other ceramics.

Cerastil AE - Heavy industrial anti-stick agent - a highly unique liquid graphite. Use as release agent and lubricant in casting moulds, extrusion billets, dies, core boxes and hot pressing. As a stop-off and anti-weld coating, forging lubricant, parting media between layers, etc. Excellent graphite mould wash.

Cerastil C3 - Is a very high strength chemically resistant ceramic adhesive extensively used as a potting compound and binder for electronic components. In the heavy chemical industry it is the preferred joint compound in the construction of acid tanks, silos, kilns, pump bases, chemical sewers and pilot plants.

Cerastil C4, C5, & C7 - Ideal for electric insulating, bonding, sealing, assembling and embedding. Used to assemble electronic parts, insulate heater wires, seal thermocouples, bond refractories, repair cracks in furnaces, pot electrical components, cement porcelain, concrete, glass, metal, asbestos, coat resistors, bricks, pipes, etc. They are suitable for use on production lines with mechanical dispensers because they will not harden in the equipment.

CERASTIL C10 - Is a single component, air drying, 100% inorganic cement, that produces an exceptionally strong bond to join metals and ceramics to themselves and to each other.
