Structural Adhesives
Penloc is probably the leading industrial structural (MMA) adhesive used throughout Europe and Asia in many thousands of different applications.
It is exclusively available from Eurobond Adhesives in 12ml, 25ml 50ml, 380ml 400ml syringes and 5 kilo bulk container kits.
Our Penloc range will bond most metals, plastics, glass, wood, stone, ceramic and many, many more different materials.
Penloc GTi CLEAR - This is a unique 2-part toughened acrylic structural adhesive that is completely transparent. It is fantastic for bonding clear acrylic, glass, polycarbonate, most metals, woods, ceramics, composites, GRP, Corian, stone and just about any material combination where you do not want to see the bond line. Penloc Gti will cure to handling strength in approx 3 to 5 minutes depending on the temperature and fully cure in just one hour.
Penloc 1:1 - Is a 2-part toughened acrylic structural adhesive. It has extraordinary bond strength on a very large range of substrates. Penloc 1-1 will cure to handling strength in 3 to 5 minutes and fully cure in 1 hour.
Penloc HP - Is a high temperature 2-part toughened acrylic structural adhesive which is ideally suited to bonding metal pieces which require powder coating after they have been bonded. Fast curing in 3 to 5 minutes and able to tolerate 180°C in a box oven or 200°C in a tunnel oven for a maximum of 20 minutes.
Penloc 1:1R - Is a unique non flammable, and low odour toughened acrylic structural adhesive. It is ideally suited to workshops or confined workspaces with minimal ventilation.
A fantastic product for ‘on-site’ applications as it doesn’t leave any odour.
Penloc VT - Is a very thick, 2-part structural acrylic adhesive. It is gives outstanding bond strength on engineering plastics such as ABS, Rigid PVC, Polycarbonate and acrylic substrates. It also exhibits amazing strength when bonding metals. It has excellent gap fill properties and will cure to handling strength in 10 -15 minutes and fully cure in 1 hour. Penloc VT will bond a huge range of substrates.
Penloc 1:1RVT – Is a unique non flammable, low odour, thick, 2-part structural acrylic adhesive. It exhibits excellent gap fill and fast cure speeds typically 3 to 5 minutes to handling strength and 1 hour to fully cure. Penloc RVT will bond many dissimilar materials and has excellent resistance to moisture.
Penloc Solo - Is a 1-part structural ‘hybrid polymer’ adhesive with fast initial grab and good through cure. It has the bond strength and chemical resistance of a polyurethane and the flexibility and sealing characteristics of a silicone. Outstanding bond strengths on a huge range of materials and it can bond outdoors in the wet.
Penloc Multi-Fix - Is a single component flexible, very high strength adhesive/sealant designed to bond many different materials. It has the bond strength and chemical resistance of a polyurethane and the flexibility and sealing characteristics of a silicone. MultiFix can be used in construction, industrial applications, commercial signage, domestic applications, caravans, boats, motorhomes and commercial vehicle bodies.
Eurobond QuickFix - A grey, 2-part quick curing, high strength and flexible adhesive with enormous bond strength. QuickFix will bond most materials in just 20 minutes and fully cure in 4 hours. It is resistant to moisture, UV rays and most common chemicals. It is a 'very quick' curing version of Penloc MultiFix and is ideal for applications that do not have sufficient atmospheric moisture ingress to cure the adhesive. QuickFix is available in a 290ml mastic type cartridge.
