Thermally Conductive Adhesives
The best thermal conduction coefficients can be achieved with metallic fillers. They also make the adhesive electrically conductive, which is undesirable for some applications and should be verified before use.
Elecolit 6601 is a one component, grey, rigid, heat conductive epoxy adhesive.
Suitable for assembly of power devices and other components.
Vitralit 6129 is a UV, thermal or activator curable filled, thermally conductive adhesive for mounting heat sinks and heat sensitive electronic components to boards or any application where it is desirable to increase thermal conductivity between assembled parts.
Vitralit 6138 is a UV and thermally curable adhesive exhibiting good resistance to chemicals and extraordinary thermal conductivity guaranteed by 40 micron spacers in the material ensuring even thermal distribution.
