UV Curing Adhesives (Glass Bonding)
Vitralit® 6441 - Is a medium viscosity glass/glass and glass/metal bonding adhesive. It is optically clear, resistant to moisture and gives exceptionally strong bonds.
Vitralit® 6441 LV - Is a low viscosity moisture resistant, optically clear UV curing adhesive that will bond glass/glass and glass/metal materials. It has outstanding capillary action.
Vitralit® 6441 VT - Is a very thick (thixotropic) viscosity, optically clear UV curing glass/glass and glass/metal bonding adhesive. It has excellent gap fill, moisture resistance and high strength characteristics.
Vitralit® 6441 UVT - Is an optically clear, UV and visible light curing adhesive. It is WRSA approved and can be used in potted drinking water applications. It has outstanding bond strength and excellent gap fill properties.
Vitralit® GELFAST - Is a fantastically unique optically clear UV and visible light curing ‘GEL’ adhesive. Ideal for use on kiln formed glass, uneven or vertical surfaces, bonding metals hinges or door magnets to glass and other metal/glass applications. It is widely used in high humidity environments such as bathrooms, showers and kitchens.
VBB1- Is a transparent UV and visible light curing, high strength multi substrate bonding adhesive. It is probably the UK’s most widely used glass bevel bonder throughout Europe. It has excellent resistance to moisture and weathering.
UV Curing Adhesives (Acrylic & PC Bonding)
Vitralit® 506-40-1 - is a transparent, medium viscosity, flexible, UV curing medical grade adhesive. It demonstrates excellent adhesive to acrylic materials and is resistant to applications subjected to vibration of thermal shock. It can be cured with either UV-A or Visible light.
Vitralit® 7641LV is a low viscosity UV curing adhesive designed to bond acrylic and polycarbonate substrates. The low viscosity of this product enables it wick under substrates by capillary action up to 20ml. It is ideally suited for bonding display cases, POS, trophy and furniture applications.
Vitralit® 7811 - UV curing adhesive with excellent resistance to impact, shock and vibration.
Not suitable for high humidity environments.
Vitralit® VBB1 - Is a very thick UV and visible light-curing adhesive. It is ideally suited for bonding acrylic and other PMMA materials.
It has amazing shock and impact resistance too.
Vitralit® GELFAST - Is a ‘unique’ optically clear UV and visible light curing adhesive ‘GEL’. Fantastic bond strength, gap fill, impact, shock and vibration resistant properties.
Vitralit® 7989 - USP Class VI medical approved adhesive. It is a medium viscosity UV and visible light curing adhesive and can be used to bond rigid and flexible PVC, polycarbonate, polyester and many other plastics. It can be used to bond chest drain bags, cannulas, blood pressure transducers and anaesthesia masks.
Vitralit® 3142- USP Class VI medical approved adhesive. It is a UV/visible light curable medium viscosity plastic adhesive. It has good adhesion to a variety of dissimilar materials including PC, PMMA, steel and glass. Cures to a tack free finish under low intensity UV light (8mW/cm²).
